Michelle is passionate about helping clients make confident coverage decisions. She stays current on industry developments and the carriers Choice Insurance represents to provide informed, personalized guidance.
A graduate of Penn State University, Michelle lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her family and enjoys hosting educational workshops and volunteering with organizations such as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc®, the Urban League of Philadelphia and Penn State Brandywine Alumni Society.

Regina Baker
Account Manager

Regina is a wife, mother, sister, neighbor, volunteer and world citizen who first obtained her Property & Casualty License in 2013. She specializes in home, auto and umbrella insurance.
In addition to insurance experience, she brings a client centric approach with the goal of assisting clients find the best policy for the best price.

Commercial Lines Consultant

Xan has been a business owner for over 20 years in a variety of industries. This experience gives him deep insight into the need for business owners to manage risk. Previously owning a captive insurance agency, Xan not only understands the risks that business owners face daily, but also the best ways to manage them. His experience gives him a unique perspective that is an asset to Choice Insurance Solutions LLC.

Cherry Abella
Customer Service Representative

Cherry spent more than two years in the insurance industry before joining Choice Insurance Solutions in March 2024. As a Customer Service Representative, she is known for her attentive, client-focused approach and commitment to providing exceptional support.

Choice Insurance Solutions is an independent insurance agency based in Haverford Township, proudly serving clients throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Founded in 2019, the agency began when Michelle recognized that becoming an independent broker provided the freedom to offer clients a wider and more competitive selection of insurance carriers. After several years working within one of the nation’s largest captive insurance companies, she saw firsthand how important true choice is when tailoring protection to each client’s needs.

Not long after, Xan brought additional expertise to the agency. Together, the team now brings more than 25 years of combined industry experience. From day one, their mission has been simple: help every client find the right policy at the best possible value, without sacrificing quality or service.

In 2020—just months after opening—the global pandemic forced the agency, like many others, to shift suddenly to remote operations. For many new businesses, this could have marked the end of their story. But not ours.

We embraced the opportunity to build a modern, flexible, and relationship‑focused agency. As Xan often says, we are “high tech meets high touch.” We prioritize strong communication, deep product knowledge, and a client‑first philosophy that ensures every individual, family, and business receives the personalized attention they deserve.
